Some users may have experienced intermittent difficulties accessing Exchange. System administrators worked with the vendor and restored service to normal by 8:00am.
Items posted below occurred between July 28, 2017 and February 14, 2018.
February 14, 2018: Existing mailboxes have been successfully migrated to the new Exchange servers.
February 7, 2018: Between 9:43am and 10:22am, users were experiencing difficulties signing into IM via OWA (Outlook Web App).
Beginning January 11, 2018, existing Exchange mailboxes will be migrated to new servers. Users may be prompted for a username and password in Outlook once their mailbox is moved. Users who experience this issue may need to restart their mail client.
December 12, 2017: Beginning Thursday, December 14, users may receive security alerts in Outlook due to scheduled maintenance. Users who receive these alerts are advised to close Outlook and allow a few minutes for the new server to complete installation. If the error persists, contact your campus Support Center.
November 13, 2017: Between 1:37pm and 5:25pm, users may have experienced an increase in difficulties accessing Exchange.
September 7, 2017: Between 10:30am and 2:51pm, users may have experienced an increase in difficulties accessing Exchange.
